The Neylabak is a woodwind instrument which is an end-blown flute. The Ney consists of a piece of hollow cane or reed. Pitch differs, depending on the region and the finger arrangement. It's played in north of Iran, and there are a lot of instrument like that (with the same structure) all over the world.
